Garlic is a species in the onion genus, Allium. Its close relative includes onions. It is a plant, growing up to 1meter long.
It is massively used in Cameroon kitchen. Garlic is mostly used in Cameroon dishes because of its strong aroma. It gives a nice flavor and delicious taste. It's also used because of its health benefits and its ability to fit in most dishes.
