Soya

There are different types of meat soya. 

But the difference mostly lies in the type of meat used. But the preparation method remains the same. Which is roasting.

This is cow meat soya.
Made up of cow's flesh.


Ingredients.
- Fresh Cow's flesh
- Tomatoes
- Onions
- Green pepper
- Tomatoes
- Oil
- Salt
- Maggi
- White and Black pepper (squashed) 
- Galic (mashed)
- Bamboo sticks or any type available in the market.

Method of preparation.

-You wash and slice your meat in your preferred shape. Add some salts and Maggi to your taste. With a little bit of white and black, pepper and garlic.

 Allow it for 15 minutes or more.

- Wash and slice all the above ingredients in different plates or in one.
- Wash your sticks. On the stick, you add one slice of meat followed by one onion, one slice of meat, a slice of tomato, one slice of meat, etc...

Follow any other of your choice.

Then you place it in your baker. Or you roast it.




For any other type of soya, use the same method of preparing. The only thing you will have to change, it's the type of meat in question. But ever other things remains the same.
