White pepper and Black pepper.

The French name is Poivre blanc et Poivre noir.

They are both fruits of the pepper plants. They are flowering vine in the family Piperaceae. Mostly use in seasoning food and also used to spices and flavour food. It's very important in some dishes. It's frequently used in are Cameroonian kitchens.

Health differences between white and Black pepper.

- Black peppercorns are picked when almost ripe and sun-dried turning another outer layer black. While white peppercorns this outer layer is removed before or after drying leaving only the inner seed.

- White pepper tastes hotter than black pepper but it's less complex with fewer flavour notes.

-White pepper is being more than white pepper.

- They both have different health benefits.
