Banana puff puff (recipes).

This banana puff puff is massively eaten in Cameroon with fry beans. It's used as a breakfast meal. 

It also has a very slight difference in the methods of preparation depending on the tribe. But the taste remains the same or with an insignificant change when it's well done.

Don't be scared to modify the method I used. But banana should remain the base here.

Requirements everything needed.

- 10 to 15 very ripe bananas.
- 1/4 a liter of water.
- 2 tablespoons of yeast.
- 200 grams of Cake Flour.
- 50 grams of Corn Flour (optional).
- Any type of Oil. 
- Pinch of salts (optional).

Preparation method.

- Peel the bananas and put it in a bowl.
- Smash the bananas until it gets soft and watery with no slices of bananas.
- In a different bowl, add two spoons of yeast, 250ml of water. Swirl it continues while adding 200grams of the cake flour and the 50grams of corn. Finally, add the mashed bananas. 
- Roll it until it becoming a past. Not a heavy past. Make it light.

- When it's all done, let the past rest covered for 20 to 30 minutes.

- After that, you can start frying.

 This puff puff can be eaten with anything you want.
